Heart Healthy Overnight Oats

If you’re looking for a no-fuss breakfast that’ll keep you satisfied through lunch, overnight oats are a scrumptious solution. Oats are full good-for-you fiber, vitamins and antioxidants with the added bonus cholesterol-lowering properties. Prep this underrated superfood before bed to enjoy the next morning with your choice of healthful toppings.

 Servings: 1


1/4 c, 2 tsp 2% milk

3.5 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tbsp honey

1 c old fashioned rolled oats

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Optional toppings: fresh/frozen fruit, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, peanut/almond butter.


  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or container. Place in fridge.
  2. The next morning, top off your oats with fruit, nuts, seeds or nut butter.
