Have you ever thought to yourself, “I’d like to run a marathon”? Well, Dr. Howard Weitz, Director of the Division of Cardiology and Bernard L. Segal Professor of Clinical Cardiology at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University did, despite never having run a day in his life.

We’ll document Dr. Weitz’s journey as he learns the ins and outs of training for a half marathon, including tips from Jefferson physical trainers, seasoned runners, and his colleagues in medicine.
