You’ve heard it before. Get the recommended amount of sleep each night, not any more, not any less. While many of us know that’s not always possible, some recent studies may make you think twice about staying up late to binge watch your favorite TV show.
Lack of sleep can lead to serious health issues including heart disease and depression. And many of these problems could be avoided with the proper amount of shut eye.
